When Commissioner Okan returns to his new post with his beloved wife Lale and son Mert, he is greeted with great excitement and joy. However, their first day in the city is marred by a great tragedy. Losing his faith in justice, Commissioner Okan loses himself in his quest for revenge and decides to take justice into his own hands with five men.
